The date on which the cancellation request is received will be considered as the official cancellation date.
Cancellation charges depend on the type of tour package, destination, travel dates, airline, hotel, and service provider policies.
Cancellation charges may apply as follows (indicative and may vary):
More than 30 days before departure:
Minimal service charges or as per supplier policy
15–30 days before departure:
25%–50% of total package cost
7–14 days before departure:
50%–75% of total package cost
Less than 7 days before departure or no-show:
100% of total package cost (no refund)
Note: Airlines, cruises, hotels, and visa fees may be non-refundable as per their individual policies.
Flight tickets are subject to airline cancellation rules and fare conditions.
Hotel cancellations depend on hotel policies and seasonal conditions.
Sightseeing tours, cruises, and adventure activities may be non-refundable once booked.
Visa fees, service charges, and embassy fees are non-refundable, regardless of visa approval or rejection.
My Choice Trip is not responsible for visa delays or refusals by embassies.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting cancellation charges and supplier penalties.
Refund timelines depend on airlines, hotels, and third-party vendors and may take 7–21 working days or more.
Refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment only.
My Choice Trip reserves the right to cancel a tour due to unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters, political unrest, operational issues, or insufficient bookings.
In such cases, customers may be offered an alternative date, destination, or a refund as per supplier policies.
Any changes in travel dates, passenger details, or services are subject to availability and additional charges.
Amendment fees may apply in addition to supplier charges.
Peak season, festival dates, and special event bookings may have strict cancellation rules.
Partially used services are non-refundable.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended to cover cancellation, medical emergencies, and trip interruptions.
